60-minute on-site response. Pre-positioned crews. We move when others schedule.
Water Damage Repair USA was founded on a single principle: when disaster strikes a family's home, every minute matters.
Mike Henderson founded Water Damage Repair USA after 20 years in the restoration industry. As a US Army veteran and IICRC-certified Master Restorer, Mike built this company on one principle: when disaster strikes a family's home, every minute matters.
After leaving active duty in 2003, Mike took a job as a junior restoration tech in Houston during a brutal hurricane season. Within five years he was running crews. Within ten he was teaching IICRC certification courses. The pattern he kept seeing — homeowners overwhelmed, insurance carriers underpaying, contractors cutting corners — convinced him to build something different.
Today, Mike leads a nationwide network of certified restoration crews serving homeowners in all 50 states — with the same commitment to speed, transparency, and quality that's defined his entire career. His personal phone is on the Door Hanger that goes up at every job site we run.
60-minute on-site response. Pre-positioned crews. We move when others schedule.
Xactimate-grade documentation. Free estimates. No hidden fees. Real numbers, every time.
IICRC standards on every job. Daily monitoring. Independent clearance testing for sensitive work.
Your home is your family's safe place. We treat it like it's our own — not a job ticket.
Military service teaches you that mission readiness, accountability, and chain of command aren't slogans — they're survival tools. We bring that operational mindset to every restoration: pre-positioned equipment, clear hand-offs, documented status updates, and a relentless focus on the customer's actual outcome.
We're also part of a growing network of veteran-owned U.S. small businesses. That matters to homeowners who want to support people who served — and it means our team includes veterans across the entire org, not just at the top.
Anyone can call themselves a "restoration company." We carry the certifications that prove the work meets industry standards — and that insurance adjusters trust.

We don't try to do everything from a single corporate office in Texas. Instead, we built a vetted nationwide network of locally-owned restoration partners — each one IICRC-certified, state-licensed, and personally interviewed by our operations team.
That means when you call our 24/7 line, the crew that shows up at your door lives in your community. They know your insurance carriers' adjusters by name. They've worked on homes like yours. And they're backed by our centralized support team for documentation, claim coordination, and quality assurance.
Our partner standard: minimum 5 years restoration experience, IICRC WRT certification, $2M+ liability coverage, BBB rating B+ or better, and a passing score on our quality and ethics interview. We turn down 70% of partner applicants. The ones who join us stay because they share our standards.
Founded by a veteran. Built on IICRC standards. Backed by a nationwide network of certified pros. That's who shows up.
